Web Development Project Manager / Business Analyst

The Project Manager / Business Analyst will work directly with U.S. clients and will define the functionality requirements for websites to match the clients' business requirements. Position will also manage the development, implementation, of the development.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and experience working with U.S. clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of website and database development including LAMP, Windows/IIS, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server, My-SQL, Postgres, and javascript
- Ability to quickly research open-source solutions, commercial solutions, and custom development and make decisions on the fastest and least expensive means of delivery.
- Solid understanding of Database development and data security
- Strong leadership skills
- 5 years Website Development
- Understanding of SEO
- Experience with development of Content Management Systems
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong documentation skills
- Proven team leadership skills
- Age: 30 - 50 years old

Position must work on U.S. hours and in Davao.
