Qualifications:


-Male
-not more than 45 years old 
-must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least ten (10) years experience in various horizontal and vertical construction development works
-five (5) years of which are in a Managerial capacity 
-computer literate, preferably with auto cad knowledge and experience
-proficient in oral and written communications
-knows how to drive and has a driver's license
-someone who can work independently and has very good interpersonal skills.
