Must be a Registered Civil Engineer with strong technical, managerial and leadership skills;
Have at least three(3) years of relevant work experience specifically in the implementation and supervision of various hi-end construction and land dev’t projects;
Extensive experience in project management and in the planning, organization, control, and completion of the required output;
Well-versed in technical reports preparation;
Highly proficient in MS Office and other software applications and has knowledge on all aspects of site safety;
With excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
Flexible and a good team player; Willing to be assigned in Catigan, Toril
