Work set-up: 80%-Field, 20%-Office. Responsible for the over-all supervision and management of assigned Project Area involving supervision of Farmer-Business Partners, coordination with clients for gathering status monitoring reports regarding the condition of the project or tobacco growing areas, compliance to the Company's operational methods and standards, resources, and budget. Graduate of any agriculture-related course; with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory capacity; experience in field work; excellent PR & presentation skills; sales & marketing skills & experience; computer knowledge; with driver’s license (rest. 1&2); experience in implementing corporate policies & procedures.
