Job Description Create, manage and oversee all the recruitment and hiring strategies of the company for all the available job vacancies Develop and oversee recruitment strategies that include but are not limited to job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. Screen and match the skills and competencies of prospective candidates in relation to client specifications Endorse candidates to clients for further interview; oversee the administration of test projects for technical positions May communicate with client so as to come up with a detailed job description (Profile) of each procured job for effective and efficient matching. Collaborate with clients regarding schedules of candidate for further interview Develop sophisticated tools and applicant tracking system in order to document, update and fast-track all the recruitment and hiring strategies and efforts Manage the overall recruitment flow and life-cycle, including sourcing, talent acquisition, screening, endorsements, initial interview, initial assessments, interviews, and job offers, among others
Implement and constantly improve the recruitment flow and life-cycle by developing testing and screening tools Provide recruitment intelligence to the recruitment team as well as to other key Personnel in the organization e. i. General Manager, HR Head, etc. regarding hiring and employment data. Develop specialized strategies, tools and competitive intelligence and research regarding talent acquisition, sourcing and talent development and retention Enhance company brand message and visibility through the use of media including but is not limited to digital and non-digital employment marketing tools. Develop college recruiting programs; may give Career Talks and/or Pre-Employment Coaching and Seminars to graduating students from reputable schools, colleges and universities in Davao Region Make use of continuous process development principles in order to fine-tune the whole recruitment process resulting to high recruitment yields and quality Assist and oversee the recruitment support team in terms of recruitment planning in order to meet the quantity and quality demands of the clients Motivate the recruitment team to reach the agreed upon recruitment targets
Qualifications
This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who can plan, implement and motivate people in order to consistently meet aggressive goals. Recruitment experience in Davao region preferred but not required Must have 1-2 years Supervisory or Managerial experience in Recruitment in a BPO/IT-Enabled/Outsourcing company setup Previous call center recruiting experience a plus Sourcing expertise using internet job boards or other job seeker database systems Lead and influence team members by example, coaching and mentoring Superior verbal and written English communication skills Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent. Preferably Supervisor/5 Years and Up Experienced Employees specializing in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment/Human Resource 1 Full-Time position (s) available. |
