HR RECRUITMENT STAFF – Davao




  • Male or Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business-related or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Time Management Skills
  • Provides general administrative support to the HR department particularly in Recruitment.
  • Identifies sources for qualified candidates.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently to college deans/ coordinators/ representatives, over the phone,
    face to face, and by email
  • Performs routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to HR/ recruitment procedures.
  • Provides horizontal support to other staff members of the HR unit if needed.
  • Performs any other supporting tasks assigned by the hierarchical supervisor.
  • Works in offices but sometimes, if the situation asks for it, they might be obligated to travel, attend job fairs or visit universities.
  • General knowledge and proficient use of a computer and computer programs.
  • Highly adaptable and can work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to extend working office hours
  • Must be a resident of Davao City.
  • Must be willing to start ASAP!
