1. Responsible for competent, prompt, accurate and cheerful servicing of deposits and withdrawals of depositors, and receiving of collection payment from clients.
2. Ensure strict adherence to Bank policies and procedures in the performance and discharge of functions and responsibilities.
3. Recognizes risk areas and recommend measures to address these with the objective of improving service and profitability.
4. Supports the Branch’s attainment of fund generation target objective of selling referral.
