NCCC is in need of COOK, PLUMBER, Q.A ASSOCIATE, PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS, BREADFACTORY SUPERVISORS, and RESTOBAR SUPERVISOR for October 2011


(1) COOK (for Foodcove Davao)
- Has at least 2 years of related work experience in hotels or restaurants
- Expert in Filipino and International Cuisines
- Knowledgeable in catering, food costing, and food safety & sanitation


(1) PLUMBER (for Davao)
- Graduate of Plumbing course
- Must be a TESDA NC passer
- Has 1 – 2 years of related experience

(1) QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE (for Davao)
- Graduate of Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Chemical Engineering
- Preferably has related work experience

(3) OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (for Breadfactory and B3 Restobar Davao)
- Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any business-related course
- Has at least 1 year related supervisory experience in food chain management or bar / restaurant operations

(3) PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (for Davao & Palawan)
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology
- Has at least 1 year related experience in production and operations management
- Has good leadership skills and particular on safety and sanitation standards

(1) QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR (for Palawan)
- Graduate of Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Has at least 6 months experience on Quality Assurance, GMP establishment, and
Research & Development
