- Graduate of IT-related course
- Has very good analytical skills

- Fresh graduate of Civil Engineering (not necessarily licensed)

- Has no work experience after college
- Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineer
- Has experience in construction engineering
- Graduate of any engineering course
- Has good background in Occupational Safety and Health
