Job Scope
 Take inbound sales calls.
 Coordinate with our Vietnam office.
 Take messages and pass messages to agent in Vietnam.
 Lead mining online
 Help manage appointments etc.
 Translate simple website pages. (preferred but not essential)
 Call potential customers (preferred but not essential)

Characteristics/Qualities
 Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese
 Attention to detail a must, with solid organisational skills
 Ability to work to deadlines
 Must be a team player
 Must be flexible, adaptable to a changing pace and ability to handle new situations
