HR Staff

Recruitment • Responsible for the recruitment and selection.
• Implements the recruitment process and its components.
• Orients company policies and rules to newly hired employee.
• Prepare employment contract for newly hired employee and/or absorbed employees.

Compensation and Benefits• Reminds manager/supervisors for quarterly evaluation/appraisal to regular employees.
• Monitors the daily time record and overtime of employee for submission to Head Office a day after the payroll cut-off.
• Submit payroll instructions and deductions every payroll cut off.
• Reminds manager/supervisor for approving of LOTS and TIMS every cut-off.
• Process SSS online posting and Loan Remittance monitoring.
• Process clearance of employees who have resigned and/or ended their contract.
• Facilitates quit claim signing of employees who ended and/or resigned from the company.
