Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Performs technical support via phone, ticket/email and chat related (but not limited to) setup of Managed Service Providers, Information security and other security services;
  • performs escalation of issues that are "out-of-scope" following established procedures and guidelines;
  • ensures availability of data and adherence to reportorial requirements. 
  • May conduct online demo of managed software.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 6months experience as a TSR performing Windows server maintenance and remote server management
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming language, security, server installations and maintenance.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Must have experience in software management, SSIS and SQL
  • Knowledge on servers, networking, Windows applications, Microsoft applications
  • Must have Data feed/import experience using http, atom feed, xml, and sql programming languages
  • Excellent English communication & Telephone skills
  • Qualified candidates must be able to start on January 2014
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
