Responsibilities:
- Performs technical support via phone, ticket/email and chat related (but not limited to) setup of Managed Service Providers, Information security and other security services;
- performs escalation of issues that are "out-of-scope" following established procedures and guidelines;
- ensures availability of data and adherence to reportorial requirements.
- May conduct online demo of managed software.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 6months experience as a TSR performing Windows server maintenance and remote server management
- Strong knowledge of computer programming language, security, server installations and maintenance.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Must have experience in software management, SSIS and SQL
- Knowledge on servers, networking, Windows applications, Microsoft applications
- Must have Data feed/import experience using http, atom feed, xml, and sql programming languages
- Excellent English communication & Telephone skills
- Qualified candidates must be able to start on January 2014
