HRD Officer


Qualifications:
• Interested to work for a not-for-profit Organization with a passion for Social Development towards poverty alleviation in Mindanao
• Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource Management related course
• At least 6 months experience in Training and Development/ Human Resource Development
• With Masters degree/ units will be a plus factor
• Male or Female, single and not more than 28 years old
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision, responsible
• Is good at multitasking, flexible, and can easily adjust to chaging work environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept in public speaking
• With positive attitude and is trustworthy, has good leadership potential
• Willing to TRAVEL regularly to any major cities and municipalities of Mindanao, willing to work ON-FIELD for exposure to operations
• Must pass pre-employment examination and series of interviews
• Substantial knowledge on Training and Development and Performance Management
• Salary: Entry Level (depending on level of previous related experiences)
• Regularization: Depending on performance
