TAG Fibers, Inc., a merger of three (3) leading abaca exporters in the Philippines, – Columbian Phils., Conrad & company & Smith Bell Company and had been engaged in the abaca business for over a century. On Dec 16, 2008, the company was acquired by Albay Agro Industrial Corporation (ALINDECO) and its affiliate Fibers, Trading Inc. (FTI).
The company’s principal activity is to engage in buying, selling and exporting or otherwise engaging in or dealing in abaca and other natural fibers both for export and local markets. As a source network, its grading and baling establishment (GBE’s) are located in three (3) major abaca producing regions of the Philippines – Davao City, Maasin City (S. Leyte) and Tabaco, Albay. It has buying stations in Baybay (So. Leyte) and Virac (Catanduanes) It is one of the few exporters with branches and/or buying stations strategically located in the abaca producing areas of the country.
Our principal product line is abaca or “Manila Hemp”. The company is known for producing high quality hand and spindle stripped abaca fibers. The fibers undergo thorough cleaning, proper classifying, tipcutting, weighing & baling. These are classified into different grades in accordance with the standards prescribed by Fiber Development Industry Authority.

SHIPPING/ACCOUNTING CLERK
- must be at least a BS graduate in Business Administration, Management, Accountancy or Marketing.
- Male, not more than 35 years of age.
- With work related experience in Accounting, Shipping & MYOB knowledge is an advantage;
- computer literate, excellent communication skills both in oral & written;
- can work under pressure;
- must be a resident in Matina to Ulas, Davao city
