CJ Toyota Tsusho Philippines, INc. is a Xylose Manufacturing Plant located at Brgy Darong., Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. A joint venture of CJ Corporations, Toyota Tsusho, Binggrae and ANFLOCOR.

The HR Staff provides assistance to the HR Supervisors for Recruitment, Training, and Management in the performance of their section’s tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resource Management or any related courses
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resource practice
• Knowledgeable with Recruitment Processes, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Training
• Well-versed with MS Office Applications
• Proficient with the English Language
