*BRANCH OPERATIONS OFFICER

   Area of Assignment: Mindanao and Cebu

Education / Experience:

1.      College diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent required business courses.

2.      Minimum 4 years experience as branch cashier.

3.      Minimum 1 year experience as branch cashier in a branch with field office/s.

4.      Knowledge on policies, rules and regulations governing different areas of banking transactions.

5.       Standard knowledge in office support operations, administrative procedures and of modern office practices.

Special / Personal Skills:

1.       Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

2.       Strong retention capacity.

3.       Highly organized and detail oriented; should have common sense.

4.       Strong ability to manage himself in complex and/or multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

5.       Must be able to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

6.       Self-starter personality.

7.       Strong organizational skills, time management, and accuracy with data entry are required.

8.       Interact effectively and tactfully with staff members.

9.       Ability to handle and resolve recurring and unexpected problems.

10.    Ability to establish priorities and proceed with specific objective under moderate supervision.

11.    Ability to use personal initiative and independent judgment where necessary.

12.    Ability to strongly maintain confidentiality.

Special Requirement: Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.

General Responsibilities:

Acts as custodian of branch funds and other bank assets, and as office administrator to ensure a smooth flow of back office operations.  Provides assistance to Service Outlets in matters related to cash and delivery of service to clients

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a business-related courses preferably Accountancy, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance or Economics

Age Requirement: Between 27 to 45 years old

Work Experience:  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in banking, preferably with

                               Micro finance experience
