Inbound Callcenter Support Agent
1. Sales Support ( Must have inbound call center exp.) Preferably with experience with - Live Support Agent ( Bank Accounts) - Live Support Agent ( Merchant accounts) - Live Support Agent ( Escalations)

Help Desk Support
General Purpose User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and software. Provides technical support and customer service Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. 
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 
 Provides assistance for end users in the help desk for technical and remote support
 Install software and diagnose its problems through telephone, email and remote support determining the source of the problem to get it fixed and forward unresolved issues to higher IT staff.
 Provides assistance to main office ( New Zealand) through purchase support and maintenance for office facility
 programs through order processing, scheduling and servicing online installations, database set-up and doing after installations, after installation maintenance for software end users.
 Answer queries regarding software usage or issues.
 Ensure that all activities adhere to approve, adopted standards and best practices.
 follow standard help desk procedures
 identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
 prepare activity reports
 stay current with system information, changes and updates
Education and Experience
 working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
 knowledge and experience of customer service practices
 related experience and training
 Graduate of any related IT course
