Administrative and Facilities Head

JOB SUMMARY:

To plan, organize, control and direct the various administrative activities of the company such as general support services, inspection, deliveries, store keeping, and property control.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- FEMALE NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Business Administration/Engineering/Computer studies, or any related course.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in administration management, warehousing, and/or inventory control or other similar activities.
- Experience with a Call Center industry is a plus but not required.
- Highly analytical
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends

Logistician

(Logistics Responsible for Mindanao)
Main tasks:
 In charge of Logistics operations for Mindanao
 Supervises, manages logistics team of Davao
 In charge of major purchases (sourcing, bidding, contracts, quality check)
 Supervises transport, fleet, warehousing, supply chain, statistics, inventories
