Job Summary:
Teaching the English language to Chinese students online and evaluating their performance based on set guidelines.
- Prepare and study the teaching materials before the lesson starts
- Conduct one-on-one video lessons with students within the prescribed time
- Teach the correct usage of the English language through constant practice
- Provide corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each lesson
- Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed
Job Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Driven, highly-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Available to teach minimum of 5 days a week from 7pm - 11pm
- Computer proficiency is expected
- Career shifters, working students, and fresh college graduates are welcome to apply

Workstation Requirements:
- Must have home office environment conducive to learning with wired DSL connection (speed of at least 3Mbps);
- Laptop/Desktop with Windows 7 or 8: 2GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD equivalent;
- Webcam (HD)
- Headset (with Noise Cancelling feature);
- UPS, back-up power and ISP will be ideal for areas prone to power and internet outage.
